David Engle

David Engle is the broker of Engle Realty. David has been a real estate agent since 2006 and Engle Realty has been serving Louisiana since 2008. David obtained a bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University in 2005. As an LSU Alumni and LSU Tiger fan, he knows what LSU students are looking for.

David majored in English (Creative Writing) with three minors: Speech Communication, Asian Studies, and Chinese (Mandarin). Besides speaking English, David is a Mandarin Chinese speaking real estate agent. An interesting fact about David is that he has an identical twin brother, named Daniel.

David was born in Lousiana and has lived in Louisiana since, so he knows the East Baton Rouge and surrounding areas very well. He thoroughly enjoys helping others buy, sell, and rent real estate. He can relate to those who have bought their first home, and he strives to make these types of purchases as easy as possible for the buyer. He also knows how it is to sell one's own personal house, and the work that needs to be done in order to make it ready to sell. He understands how to buy investment properties, land, apartments, houses to turn around for a quick profit known as "Flips", how not to make them "Flops", commercial properties, and 1031 Exchanges, short sales, as his clients have participated in all of these ventures before. The accomplishment of helping others obtain their personal, business, and lifetime goals is one of his goals as a real estate broker.
