Commission plans are agreements made between a real
estate broker and a real estate agent. This agreement is negotiable and will
usually depend on the agent's needs and how much they produce as an agent. Each
commission plan has a negotiated split that is negotiated. This split is usually
measured in a percentage. Splits are negotiated between sponsoring real estate
brokers and the sponsored real estate agents. They usually vary and depend on
the experience of the agent being sponsored. For more detailed information
please view the
Commission Splits page.
