What happens after the acceptance?

When one party accepts the other parties offer, then all parties have come to an agreement. This is a pivotal point in the buying process. Once an offer is accepted, you have to ensure that several things take place. Your Engle Realty agent will be there to ensure that you do the things that you need to do in a timely manner. Timing is everything in real estate. There are several timelines that you have agreed to in the purchase agreement, and your Engle Realty agent is there to see that all of your obligations are met. This will reduce your liability in the real estate transaction.
