Why Invest In The Nichoson Drive Corridor

The Nicholson Corridor refers to the strip of Nicholson Drive that connects downtown to LSU. It is south of downtown Baton Rouge and north of Louisiana State University's campus. While, for a long time, there were few businesses on this strip of roadway, businesses are being added very rapidly.
